The main body is constructed from a single piece of 45mm-wide, high-strength industrial polyester webbing. The material offers excellent tensile strength and durability—including resistance to abrasion, UV radiation, and oil—and resists aging, ensuring stable load-bearing performance during prolonged outdoor work at heights and significantly extending the equipment's service life.
The primary dorsal fall-arrest point features an integrated, forged high-strength D-ring. Rigorously tested for impact and tensile strength, the ring is robust and highly resistant to deformation; when paired with a compliant connector, it ensures a secure, slip-free anchor connection that will not crack or deform during a fall.
Additional D-rings on the left and right sides of the waist belt accommodate tool lanyards and positioning lanyards, allowing workers to hang tools and establish temporary positioning or restraint—ideal for complex work environments such as steel structures and curtain wall installations.
The waist area is equipped with a thickened, high-resilience cushioned pad that conforms to the waist and abdomen, distributing pressure to alleviate the soreness and constriction often caused by prolonged wear at heights, thereby enhancing all-day comfort.
The harness features four independent adjustment points covering the chest/shoulder straps, the main waist belt, and the left and right thigh straps. Workers can fine-tune the fit to their specific body size and shape, ensuring a snug, secure fit that prevents sagging or shifting and eliminates the risk of slipping out of the harness during a fall.
